Congratulations to Julian Brandon and Ted Bloom for their win in the category of Office Lease Deal of the Year at the 2010 NAIOP REX Awards.
The winning assignment involves the relocation of CI Investment to Maple Leaf Square (15 York Street, Toronto), leasing the building’s entire office component that totals 230,000 sq ft.
Maple Leaf Square, a 1,250,000 sq ft development, is owned by Cadillac Fairview, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and Lanterra Developments.
