Marc has been active in the Montréal market place since 1986. He has extensive experience working for both landlords and tenants. He has considerable strategic planning experience, a strong knowledge of lease documentation and excellent negotiation skills. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his clients in all facets of real estate transactions.
Prior to joining the Montréal team, Marc was a general manager for the largest privately owned developer in Québec. His duties were to manage and lease four properties from start to finish. This experience coupled with a business degree is how Marc brings a strong business background to his clients. This also allows him to share his expertise in the areas of leasing and subleasing, downtown market research and lease consultation.
In the last four years Marc has specialized in office space listings for owners and tenants alike. This has translated into over 25 transactions per year representing over a half a million square feet.
Marc is fluently bilingual and graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and holds a Chartered Real Estate Agent's license. |
