Brandon specializes in the industrial sector of commercial real estate, which includes tenant representation and the sale/leasing of commercial buildings and land. His passion for the industry and dedication to his customers are what drives him. Since 2008, Brandon brokered over 750,000 square feet of space.
Brandon began working at DTZ Barnicke in April 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Brandon attended the University of Guelph where he graduated with an Honour’s Bachelor of Commerce Degree, with a Major in Real Estate Management (REM). While in Guelph, Brandon also successfully managed and operated his own home improvement company.
Through his professional and educational training, Brandon has learned the importance of customer service, hard work, and integrity. He is always willing to go the extra mile and values the long-term relationships he has with his clients. Through his business experiences, Brandon has gained invaluable knowledge in problem solving, negotiating, planning and implementation, and marketing. |
