Focusing mainly in the industrial real estate market for the past twenty-three years, servicing the diverse needs and requirements of corporations, ranging from local privately owned companies, to large multi-national corporations in executing key real estate decisions.
In addition to over twenty years in commercial brokerage, I have recently worked as the Senior Vice President of construction and development with one of Canada's largest commercial contractors/developers. This has enabled me to apply my experience in projects involving land development, build-to-suit projects, expansions and building re-development in assisting corporations with the knowledge and expertise my clients deserve.
In the past five years alone, I have leased, sold or developed more than 30,000,000 square feet of industrial real estate, valued at over $300,000,000. Amongst the elite Canadian commercial realtors to hold the SIOR designation. The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors recognizes brokers for their high level of success, ethics and excellence in the commercial real estate industry. |
